David B. McCaughan, Barrister & Solicitor, is the sole practitioner at A Workplace Law Office. Mr. McCaughan will be the only lawyer working on your file. Your file will not be passed to junior associates or students.

Mr. McCaughan is the Director and sole shareholder of David B. McCaughan Professional Corporation, which is the professional corporation under which 'A Workplace Law Office' (trade name) operates.

Mr. McCaughan has a Bachelor or Law (1976) from what at that time known as the University of Rhodesia. He was called to the Alberta Bar in June 2002. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.

When you make an appointment to speak to a lawyer at A Workplace Law Office, you will be meeting with Mr. McCaughan.

Support Staff

Margaret Lozano is currently the Legal Assistant to Mr. McCaughan. Mrs. Lozano also handles all office administration.

Mrs. Lozano has a M.A. in history from the University of Alberta (2008).
